Jerry Tollefson has been involved and associated with the construction lending business since 1969. Jerry joined the TCF Bank team and was responsible for the loan application process, appraisal of the properties, and closing the home mortgage loans.
In 1973 Jerry ventured into the residential home building industry. Jerry obtained his building license, his real estate license along with his insurance licenses. Jerry was responsible for the entire construction process including obtaining construction loans and securing permanent financing for all of his customers.
In 1993 Jerry combined all of his knowledge and experience and became a construction lender making loans to builders and developers for the interim basis and was responsible for the entire process of the construction financing. This included monitoring the underwriting, the appraisals, the job progress, the title application and of course the closing. Jerry currently is managing Remington Financial Group, Inc. a leading construction lender in the Metropolitan area.
